In Simple CRM, you can now create custom media.
For that:
1) Go to the CRM Admin (top menu -> CRM Admin)
2) Click on the tab "11. Media"
3) A form appears, enter the media you want to add to the list
4) Click on the "Save" button
It's done. It's done. Your personalized media now appear in interactions.
