How to select contacts in Simple CRM and transfer them to the Simple Mass Mailing newsletter management tool?

Simple CRM, offers an optional newsletter management tool called Simple Mass Mailing. Price info on: https://crm-pour-pme.fr/index.php/campagne-e-mail-crm-mass-mailing To activate this function please send an email to your account manager on sales[@]crm-pour-pme.fr

The principle of a newsletter tool is to create groups of people in order to target people sensitive to your product. Example: There is no point in sending a promotion for 5kg of leg of lamb to people who are vegetarians. In this case, you could create an "all food customers" group and a "vegetarian customers" group.

Therefore, when you make a selection via Interests Centres (see explanation on http://www.simple-crm-support.com/2015/02/comment-ajouter-des-champs-par-exemple.html) or via Big Data Mining (see explanation on http://www.simple-crm-support.com/search/label/Big%20Data%20Mining) you have the possibility to send this selection in an existing group in Simple Mass Mailing or to create a new group :

How to configure the Simple CRM Mass Mailing module?

By default, the Mass Mailing module is not activated.

You must first choose your package. The packages are explained on: http://crm-pour-pme.fr/index.php/campagne-e-mail-crm-mass-mailing

Once the package has been chosen, send your choice by e-mail to your account manager.

Once your account manager has sent you your accesses, you will need to configure your account by clicking on the two buttons at the top:

This step is essential.

If you have not configured your billing information within 72 hours of access transmission, your module will be blocked.

Step 1: create your template/graphic model
The first step is to create a graphic template, which you will reuse with each newsletter.

We advise you to use one of our models and adapt it to your needs.

The idea is to choose a template that you like and to change some elements like the main image, the title, etc, in order to adapt the template to the image of your company.

Step 2: Import contacts
The second step will consist in creating one or several groups of contacts to which you wish to send an email.

To do so, go to: http://mailing.crm-pour-pme.fr/subscribers/

Or transfer a selection of contacts from Simple CRM:

Step 3: create your first newsletter and program the date and time of sending
To do this go to http://mailing.crm-pour-pme.fr/campaigns and click on the green button on the right "CREATE A NEW CAMPAIGN".
