When you enter an Interaction, you can start a stopwatch.
When you stop it, it will then charge a cost to the work done.
The cost is calculated on the basis of your hourly cost that your Simple CRM administrator / internal manager will have assigned to your user profile from the administration interface.
The average cost of an employee is 28 Euro per hour.
