Step 3: activate the link to call statistics from the company and contact files
To enable this feature, you must go to the administration area of Simple CRM, then to Settings, where you will find a check box to enable this feature:
By checking this box, you can display a contact's or company's call log by clicking on the green phone icon. For this reason, it is necessary to associate the dialling protocol of the telephone calls to the blue telephone icon above.
