How do I export all my data as a backup?

You can export all your Simple CRM data in the following way:

To do this, you must be connected to Simple CRM with an Administrator account.

For contacts and companies :

1) Go to the Admin module (top menu -> Admin)

2) Click on the "Import data" tab

3) Click on the button "Export contacts and companies in CSV format".

4) Your browser downloads the CSV file of contacts and companies


For interactions:

1) Go to the Interactions module (top menu -> Interactions)

2) At the top of the first table, click on the button "Export interactions".

3) Your browser downloads the CSV file of interactions
