How to keep the history of the evolution of an interaction?
Each time an interaction is modified, click on the "Timestamp" button above the "Note" field of the interaction.
This button inserts, at the top of the note, the date, time and the connected user.
Comment on the change made.
In this way, you can later find the time-stamped evolution of the interaction.
