When you click on a POI query, you see the Contact persons, and next to them the Companies, so you know which Company has which POI.

The Centre of Interest is listed in the Contact form for a very simple reason: in a company of 300 people, each employee sells a single product. If the name of the product, which is a Point of Interest, is indicated on the Company form and not on the Contact form, you will need to call 300 employees to find the one selling the product you are interested in. If it is in the Contact form, call you directly to the right person.

In addition, people within the same company may have different areas of interest.

Example: the sales manager wants sales consulting and the human resources manager wants safety training for employees.
