Simple Links: create custom links and reports, stored in Simple CRM

Simple Links are links, present in the APPLICATION LAUNCHER, that allow you to call from your favorite CRM software:

External links, such as a link to your intranet page
Shortcuts to Simple CRM pages
Stored queries / reports


Creating a Simple Link

Go to APPLICATION LAUNCHER -> TOOLS -> SIMPLE LINKS




You just have to give a NAME to your Simple Links, enter the URL, and define if it is private or not. A private Simple Links is a Simple Links only visible by the person who created it. If a Simple Links is not private, it will be visible to all Simple CRM users.




Creating Stored Queries

Simple Links allows you to create custom queries using the following tags :

{FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH}
{LAST DAY OF THE MONTH}
{FIRST WEEK}
{LAST WEEK}
{FIRSTDAY}
{LAST DAY}
{AUJOURDHUI}
{ILYAXXXJOURS} for example {ILYA14JOURS}
{ILYAXXXMOIS}
{ILYAXXXANNEES}
{INXXXDAYS} for example {IN30DAYS}
{DANSXXXMOIS}
{INXXXYEES}

Example: You want to have the list of sales earned for the current month.

To do this, go to APPLICATION LAUNCHER -> REPORTS -> and run for example the SALES WON report J-7.

Then, you just have to copy/paste the result address of the report which will have this form :

https://ADRESSE_DE_VOTRE_SERVEUR_SIMPLE_CRM/analytique.php?s_idutilisateur=&s_etat=&s_date_action=03/08/2017&s_idsociete=&s_idtype_action=5&s_idaffichage=1&s_sujet=&s_idtype_detail[]=210&s_date_action1=10/08/2017

Then instead of the dates to place: {FIRSTDAY} and {LASTDAY}, which will give :

Then simply place this address as the Simple Links address and test to see if it works.
