How to use Simple CRM chat?
Simple CRM has an internal chat, which allows you to instantly communicate in writing with your internal company employees.
To launch the chat, click on the first icon on the left menu.
The chat window appears.
The first time, click on the"_SimpleCRM_" tab at the top.
To converse, type the text in the field at the bottom, and tap the "Enter Keyboard" key.
