Internal chat sound notification is too low

From Windows 7, the volume can be adjusted either globally or window by window.

If the chat sound notification is too low, you should not only increase the overall volume but also increase the volume of the internal chat window Simple CRM.

For that:
open the Simple CRM internal chat (left menu -> Internal Chat)
Open the Windows volume control (click the Volume icon on the taskbar), then click "Mixer".

close the volume mixer

How to use Simple CRM chat?

Simple CRM has an internal chat, which allows you to instantly communicate in writing with your internal company employees.

To launch the chat, click on the first icon on the left menu.
The chat window appears.

The first time, click on the"_SimpleCRM_" tab at the top.

To converse, type the text in the field at the bottom, and tap the "Enter Keyboard" key.
