How do I save the data in Simple CRM on my computer?

It all depends on what you mean by saving.

You can synchronize your calendar with a local client, such as Outlook, Thunderbird or Sunbird, via the ICAL feed. This is already a first copy allowed by Simple CRM.

Via our CONTACT - GMAIL synchro, you can also synchronize your contacts with Outlook via the tools: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync.

Please note that this software only works with Google APPS. For classic GMAIL accounts, please use freeware: http://googlesyncmod.sourceforge.net.

Same for Thunderbird: https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/google-contacts/

You can more simply, export a contact from its card, by clicking on the button "VCard - Export this contact in Outlook / Thunderbird".


If by saving, you mean copying the content present in Simple CRM, to read it from Microsoft Excel, Open Office or Libre Office, this is also possible.

You can indeed, at any time, recover the data via the export modules. Note that Simple CRM only allows this function to the CRM administrator.

Contacts and Companies: from the Administration area, button "Export contacts and companies in CSV format".

Interactions: from Interaction, button "Export Interactions".

I can't send SMS from Simple CRM: what happens?

In order for you to send a text message, you need a validation code.

You must therefore ask your internal Simple CRM manager to buy credit (Administration area -> SMS credit purchase) and give you an authorization code.

What is the COLLABORER button in Simple CRM for?

This button allows you to send an e-mail with direct access to the selected workspace.

You can thus propose to a colleague to complete a Company / Contact form, to modify the budget of an Interaction, or to examine the result of requests made via the Interactions, Documents, Areas of Interest (Queries) and Analytics entities.

Practical example of using Simple CRM's COLLABORER button below. In this example, I create a list of leads to contact for a colleague and I pass this list to him thanks to the COLLABORATE button.

My colleague will receive this list, click on the link and will arrive in this selection.

How to have access to several entities at the same time?

From the application launcher of your CRM online, click on the desired entity (Company, Contact, etc.) and it will open in another tab of your web browser.

What is the use of COLABORATE button?

Via an email, it gives access to a colleague to your choice, to the work sheet that you want to share (filling a company/contact details file, change a budget, check Documents etc).
