Go to Query module and create Jobs profile (accountant, driver, programmer etc) and also other criteria of availability like: free, searching for a job, employed etc.

To the applicants you’ll define his interest centers like: “programmer” and “searching for a job” and you’ll attach his CV, via Document module.

When a company is recruiting and they are searching for a special profile all you have to do is to make a multiple criteria search (profession and availability) and you’ll have a list with those that correspond to your search.
