How do I delete custom interaction types?

To delete custom interaction types:
- go to the module Admin CRM (menu top -> Admin CRM)
- click on the "Types of interactions" tab
- tick the types of interactions you want to delete then click the "Save" button
- a confirmation message appears, click on "Ok".

Attention: all interactions that have as interaction type, the types you delete, will no longer have interaction type.
