How to create interaction types?

Since version 6.2, Simple CRM allows the creation of customized interaction types.

These types of interactions can be used in interactions and reports.

Imagine, for example, that you are a television channel and you produce a program dedicated to Simple CRM. You will, therefore, create the different work steps, from the administration area (top menu -> CRM Admin -> Interaction Types tab).

You can then use these custom interaction types in interactions.

Thereafter, you will be able to establish reports based on these types of personalized interactions.

You can also create types in existing wage types in this way. For example, you want to add a step in the Sales section.

To do this, enter the type "Sale" in the first field and the new type "Sale - 1b - Telephone call".

This way, this new step will appear in the Sales types.
