RGPD and basic import contacts purchased from suppliers

If you purchase a base, you must ask your supplier to provide you with a declaration of honor certifying that this base has been built in full compliance with the DGMP standards.

You must then keep this declaration, as well as the invoice, in a dedicated RGPD folder, in order to present this information in case of control.

Finally, when importing the database, Simple CRM will automatically add a center of interest to identify the contacts created through this purchase.
