Simple CRM offers you a module called DPO (Direction By Objectives), which is accessible via the application launcher.
This module allows you to define objectives for all business lines: sales, purchasing manager, technical support, administrative follow-up of invoices, etc.
There are several levels of rights for users with respect to this module
- Either they cannot create any objectives (no checkbox)
- Either they can create goals for themselves
- Either they can create goals for themselves and others
These objectives are to be defined for each user in the user administration space: Simple CRM menu → Admin → User list → Click on the user's name. → Go to the bottom of the window.
This objectives management module will allow you to better compare your projections and the reality of the results obtained.
