How do I prevent certain users from deleting interactions?

Simple CRM allows you to forbid certain users to delete interactions.

For that:

• Go to the Admin CRM module (top menu -> Admin CRM)
• Click on the "User list" tab
• Click on the user concerned
• Uncheck the box "Can delete interactions".

• Click "Save".
