You will first have to synchronize your contacts with GMAIL. This will also allow you to synchronize your contacts with your iPhone or Android mobile phone. Then, you will have to synchronize your Tunderbird via this free application: https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/thunderbird/addon/google-contacts/
Calendar Synchronization
First, you must install Lightning.

Then you need to add the iCal Simple CRM feed into Lightening.
Your iCal feed is in the Administration -> User area.
